Software Assist Corporation announces general availability of release 2.4 of FTP/WatchDog-Z.
What's new in release 2.4
Release 2.4 of FTP/WatchDog-Z contains the following new features:
- Missing FTP Transmission Alerts
- Alert (WTO) when expected FTP transmissions fail to complete successfully by an expected date and time
- Options for specifying the content and format of the alert WTO
- Many built-in, automatic recurrence options (daily, weekly, business day of month, etc.)
- Expanded Real-Time Monitor Exception Definitions
- Exclusion option for Dataset Name
- Exclusion option for Host Name
- Exclusion option for Remote IP Address
- Exclusion option for User ID
- SAF Interface Changes
- Uses new, dedicated class for SENTINEL SAF calls
- Full support for HFS file and folder names - extend control over FTP access to HFS and z/FS with SAF
