Who is using FTP?

It is important to know who is accessing the FTP servers in your company and what they are doing while logged on. This information forms the basis for setting up user ID tables and setting file/folder permissions.

FTP/WatchDog's User ID view summarizes FTP usage by user ID. It shows the number of transactions initiated by each user ID (both secured and unsecured) and the volume of data transmitted.
